Donna BibberVice PresidentIsometric Micro Molding, Inc.

Donna Bibber’s micro molding career spans over 30 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 1988. Ms. Bibber currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Isometric Micro Molding, Inc. Her expertise in DfM, scalability, polymer material selection, and application knowledge enable customers to draw from her experiences and mitigate potential program risks. Her 30 years of micro molding product development experience has resulted in 90+ bioresorbable implants and slow-release drug delivery programs, intraocular implants, glucose monitoring devices, neuro implants, biosensors, and oncology markers to name just a few. Ms. Bibber has written, published, and presented hundreds of micro molding-related white papers at scientific venues such as NSF, NIH, and other medical device and pharma conferences world-wide. Industry awards include the Corning Life Sciences Rising Star Award for excellence in life science manufacturing in 1998 and in 2008, Ms. Bibber was voted onto the highly prestigious List of 100 Notable People in Medical Devices.
